How to Think FROM It & Not OF It (Living in the End)

Neville Goddard’s lessons highlight the significant change that happens when we move from merely thinking about our goals to adopting a mindset where we believe we’ve already accomplished them.

Our imagination is a powerful tool in this transformative process, serving as a bridge between the conscious and subconscious realms. It enables us to create realities in our mind’s eye, pushing beyond the boundaries of rational thought to explore a realm of limitless possibilities. When we harness our imagination in this way, we also strengthen our mental faculties. This paves the road for intentional and successful manifestation.

However, guiding our imaginations toward a specific goal requires a delicate balance. Initially, it’s beneficial to let our imagination roam freely, observing its wanderings to uncover any subconscious patterns that might block our manifesting efforts. Recognizing these barriers allows us to adjust and align our subconscious beliefs with our conscious desires.

To effectively think from your manifestation, you need to immerse yourself in the state of having already achieved your goal. Here’s a step-by-step approach to harnessing this powerful technique:

  1. Initiate Creative Engagement: Begin by engaging in a creative activity. This step primes your mind, tapping into your deep-seated creative powers and setting the stage for imaginative exploration. Let this creative activity be something you enjoy and get lost in, such as: painting, drawing, putting together a puzzle, gardening, etc.

  2. Immerse in Your Desired Outcome: With your creative energies flowing and your mindset at ease, focus on a specific goal you wish to manifest. Declare your intention in the present tense and use your imagination to vividly experience having achieved this goal.

  3. Observe and Analyze: As you visualize, pay attention to your thoughts and emotions. Allow your imagination to guide you without interference, noting any areas of tension or resistance that arise. Anything that feels tense will be the subconscious blocks that need to be addressed.

  4. Release Resistance: Once you’ve identified any resistance, consciously choose to let it go. Affirm the opposite of any limiting beliefs, reinforcing your worthiness and ability to achieve your desires. For example, transform “I can’t have this” into “I am fully deserving of this. It is already done and in my favor.”

  5. Cultivate Gratitude: Shift your focus to gratitude, finding aspects of your desired outcome, as well as your imagine act, to appreciate. This positive reinforcement strengthens your alignment with your goal.

By adopting this approach you’re embodying the experience of your desires as if they’re already part of your reality. This powerful mental alignment allows you to tap into your innate creative potential and transform your inner visions into tangible outcomes.

It’s Already Done

Neville Goddard passionately taught that everything we desire is already complete; our task is simply to tune into the frequency where that reality exists and accept it as ours. This concept of “assuming the feeling of the wish fulfilled” compels us to shift from hope to belief, from anticipation to acceptance.

When we fully embrace this philosophy, we operate from a place of confidence and peace, knowing that what we seek is not only possible but already exists in another layer of reality. By mentally and emotionally embodying that state, we align ourselves with the reality of our desires. This alignment isn’t about creating something new but rather attuning ourselves to an existing truth of the universe.

Integrating This Belief System:

  1. Emotional Resonance: Begin by emotionally aligning with the state of your fulfilled desires. Feel the joy, peace, or abundance as if it is your current reality. This emotional alignment state attracts the physical manifestation of your desires.

  2. Visualization Reinforcement: Regularly visualize yourself living in the completion of your goals. See your life not as it is, but as it would be with all your desires fulfilled. Make this visualization so clear and detailed that it feels like a memory of an existing truth.

  3. Consistent Affirmation: Use affirmations to reinforce the reality of your desires. Speak of your goals as already accomplished, using present-tense language that supports your new belief system. For example, instead of hoping for success, affirm, “I am now successful in all my endeavors, enjoying the outcomes of my efforts.”

  4. Gratitude Practice: Maintain a gratitude practice that celebrates the reality of your desires as already manifested. Thank gratitude not for what will come, but for what is already present in your reality.

This approach does more than just help us achieve what we want—it transforms us into the person who exists in that reality. By living as if your desires are already manifested, you invite the universe to bring your external reality into alignment with your internal state. This method not only changes how we view our circumstances but also fundamentally alters our interaction with the world, opening us up to a life of seemingly effortless manifestation.

Remember, the future you wish to create is being shaped in every present moment. By thinking from the end, you’re actively participating in its creation!

Wishing you boundless joy as you live in the fulfillment of your dreams!
